When we had 20 days before we go back home we began a chain with construction paper links on it. NOW, we only have 7 left. Today are my thoughts of the past, the present, and the future.
Past: The past three and a half months have been amazing. I have learned so much. I have met amazing people. I have laughed. I have cried. I have ministered and been ministered too.
Present: My feelings are mixed about the present day, Sunday, December 5th, 2010. I am SO, overly excited to see my family and friends back home. Words cannot even describe how I feel about that. Anyone who has ever been away from family knows exactly what I mean when I say that. As much as I am looking forward to going home, I am not looking forward to saying goodbye. As missionaries, I have to get used to this right...how? We have some very tough goodbye's ahead of us and I'm not looking forward to them at all.
Future: MICHIGAN. SNOW. FAMILY. FRIENDS. CHRISTMAS. A NEW YEAR. THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. :) :) :)
Please pray for us as we say goodbye to Costa Rica and head home for the holidays. We love you all so much and are so thankful for your support financially and in prayer. Without all of you...we would not be able to fulfill God's plan for our lives.
