Sickness Continues

Well, we've been in Michigan for just about a month now and someone in our family has been sick since we got here. We are SO ready to be over this. First it was upper respitory infections, then strep throat, then stomach issues, runny noses, and today we found out that Grady is probably going to need his tonsils and adnoids out. The poor little guy had strep throat and a terrible cough and now the cough keeps him up half the night, but there's no congestion, so the pediatricain says it's time to have the tonsils out. We go Friday to meet with the ear, nose, and throat doctor to see what's next.

We leave for Colorado on Sunday and normally it's hard to get into these doctors right away. So, I left the doctors and went to the printing place to get our newsletters that were finished and ran into my sister-in-law's sister. Well, long story short, she's a nurse, I told her about Grady, she said let me call up to the ear-nose-throat doctor that works in my building...and BOOM, they call a couple hours later and we have an appointment for Friday, just before we leave for Colorado. God is GOOD! Please pray for our health as we leave for Colorado on Sunday.

Sorry for not posting any pictures lately...slow connection. :)

  1. We are all too familiar with the ENT with Emma's ear issues since she was 5 months old. The good thing is they tend to be lifesavers making our kiddos feel so much better! I hope you feel peace after your appointment on Friday.
